Festival Inspired Hair & Makeup Look

As the music festivals are fast approaching I was feeling inspired to a  really bright, fun makeup and hair look. I won't actually being going to any of the festivals as of yet - although my friends and I really want to go to Outside Lands in San Francisco so fingers crossed we can!
