The "Ok I am officially the worst blogger" Post & What I did this Summer

So... I have seriously neglected this little space of the internet over the past 3 months and I am very ashamed! My blog is something I love doing but this Summer gone I just couldn't give it the attention it needed. I have been away in America with my friends galavanting around with my blog far from my mind. However, I made the decision not to post as I knew that if I did the content would be poor and I didn't have the time or inspiration to give to it. Now that I'm back, over the jet-lag and finally adjusting to life in Ireland again I want to fill you in. This will be the only post about my Summer and really I just want to share some pictures. After this I solemnly swear to get back to posting about beauty, fashion and the occasional lifestyle post and I really can't wait!

I travelled to San Diego California with my besties for the Summer to work, live and explore and it was honestly the best Summer of my entire life and probably always will be. It was the first time I was away from my family and home country for this long and I feel like I completely changed for the better. We also travelled towards the end of the 3 months to Vegas (WOW! My new favourite place in the world), Yosemite, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Words can't describe how much fun I had and the people I met along the way I will cherish forever.

Thanks for having a read, I truly am sad to even be writing this post because I miss it sooo much! But of course I am so lucky and blessed to have had this opportunity and would strongly advise anyone thinking of going on a J1 one or travelling to the West Coast of America to do it - you will never regret it!
